Scootr – Footer – ZORVYN HUBSIDE LLC is committed to providing clear and convenient shipping services to our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery scope, order processing times, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and instructions for tracking your shipments. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order. 1. Delivery Scope Currently, we only offer shipping to addresses within the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery to locations outside the United States. Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete U.S. shipping address—including street address, city, state, and ZIP code—during checkout to facilitate the smooth processing and dispatch of your order. 2. Order Processing Time Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it typically takes 1–3 business days to process and prepare the order for shipment. Order processing time does not include the time spent in transit. Processing schedules may be affected by holidays, high order volumes, inventory status, or other special circumstances. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive notifications containing relevant shipping and tracking information. 3. Shipping Methods and Carriers We select the appropriate shipping method based on the delivery address, package specifications, and current logistics arrangements. Within the United States, we may utilize the following carriers: USPS (United States Postal Service): Provides mail and package delivery services within the United States. UPS (United Parcel Service): Provides package shipping and logistics tracking services. FedEx: Offers a variety of domestic package delivery services. DHL: Provides shipping services based on service coverage and specific logistics arrangements. The actual carrier used will depend on the specific arrangements for your order; not all of the aforementioned carriers are used for every shipment. 4. Estimated Delivery Time Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, transit within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary based on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors. Deliveries to remote areas or specific types of addresses may require additional time. The timeframes provided are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. 5. Shipping Fees Applicable shipping costs and any related delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout. Final costs may vary based on the delivery address, package details, and the chosen shipping method. Before submitting your order, please carefully review the order total and delivery information. If you have any questions regarding shipping costs, please feel free to contact us using the customer service details provided on our website. 6. Shipment Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information—if available for your selected shipping method—within the relevant notification, or via the order inquiry feature on our website, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress. Please note that there may be a delay in the updating of tracking information. If the tracking status remains unchanged for an extended period, we recommend checking the carrier’s official website for the latest updates or contacting us for assistance. 7. Delivery Address and Shipping Issues Please ensure that the delivery address, contact phone number, and all other required information you provide are accurate and complete. Should a delivery fail, a package be returned, or a delay occur due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or the absence of a recipient, please contact us promptly so that we can coordinate the next steps based on the specific circumstances. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, contains missing items, or includes products that do not match your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please provide your order details and any necessary photographs so that we can verify the issue and resolve it. 8. Delivery Delays and Uncontrollable Factors While we strive to ensure that orders are dispatched and delivered according to the estimated timeframe, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, disruptions to transport networks, public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you by tracking the shipment using available logistics information and will communicate with you regarding any necessary follow-up arrangements.
